With over three decades of experience in her field, she has provided and created a variety of unique and specialized gentle methods to alleviate pain, correct, stabilize, and strengthen spinal and joint weaknesses, restore neurological function and musculoskeletal health, as well as utilize natural and whole food supplementation to improve the quality of life for her patients and their loved ones.<\/p>\n<p>Back in 1981, Dr. Malchar earned her Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.northeastcollege.edu\/landing\/?utm_source=bing&amp;utm_medium=cpc&amp;utm_campaign=digital_dc_us_main&amp;utm_content=dc_chiropracticcollege_responsivesearch&amp;&amp;msclkid=d6f1fdb283a7109f7d16985da0fd718c&amp;utm_source=bing&amp;utm_medium=cpc&amp;utm_campaign=Northeast%20College%20-%20DC%20Program%20-%20US%20-%20Main%20-%20Bing&amp;utm_term=new%20york%20chiropractic%20college&amp;utm_content=DC%20-%20US%20-%20Chiropractic%20College&amp;gclid=CMvn7arD7IQDFXQDVgUdp0YLvA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">New York Chiropractic College<\/a>. She has extensive training in sports and motor vehicle injuries, applied and specialized kinesiology, exercise rehabilitation, clinical and functional blood analysis, functional nutrition, therapeutic lifestyle medicine, spinal trauma, brain injuries, brain chemistry, thyroid issues, as well as male and female endocrine health.<\/p>\n<p>Certified through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbce.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">National Board of Chiropractic Examiners<\/a>, she remains a member of several professional organizations, including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acatoday.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the American Chiropractic Association<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.richiro.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the Chiropractic Society of Rhode Island<\/a>, the American Academy of Pain Management, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aapmr.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the American Association of Functional Medicine and Rehabilitation<\/a>, the ACA Sports Council, and the ACA Nutrition Council.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the years, Dr. Malchar has dedicated her time, talents, and practice to helping patients achieve optimum health through a combination of chiropractic and holistic healthcare alternatives. They have helped name her Rhode Island\u2019s Top Chiropractor in 2014, America\u2019s Best Chiropractor in 2015, inclusion in the Leading Physicians of the World publication, and helped her win the 10 Best Patient Satisfaction Award from the American Institute of Chiropractors in both 2016 and 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Chiropractic is a form of alternative medicine that mainly deals with the diagnosis and treatment of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system, especially the spine. A chiropractor uses spinal adjustments, manipulation, and other techniques to manage patients\u2019 health concerns, including neck pain and back pain.
